• Save the Date - October 4, 2025. We will have a celebration of our 1st year of operations. Details will be posted in September. There will be cake!

Past Events

• We were honoured to be included at the TEDXArgyleStreet event on August 9, 2025 at the Lighthouse Arts Centre in Halifax. We had an information booth and spoke with so many wonderful people throughout the event. 

• Our AGM was online (video) on February 10th, 2025. The board members are all ratified as the official directors, and we received a special congratulations on our formation from the Honourable Lena Metlege Diab, Member of Parliament for Halifax West. 

• Our 1st event was a great success! We met on November 17, 2024 for Coffee Talk, our new signature event! The general consensus among the attendees was that this sort of discussion was especially valuable. We also got dozens of great ideas for SNS to work on to provide service to our members.
