Stephanie is a seasoned hospitality leader with over 30 years of experience in Canada and the United States. Her career began as a Food & Beverage Manager at White Point Beach Resort, and she has since held leadership roles such as General Manager of Snake River Grill South, Director of Food & Beverage at Pinnacle Entertainment’s L’Auberge Lake Charles Casino Resort, and General Manager of The Quarterdeck Resort upon returning to Nova Scotia. Today, she collaborates with clients like the South Shore Tourism Cooperative and Nova Scotia Lobster Crawl, continuing her mission to transform the hospitality industry.
An alumna of Cornell University, Stephanie holds two master’s degrees and is a certified sommelier. She is the founder of SMillerVision, a consultancy dedicated to guiding businesses as they create unforgettable guest and employee experiences that make them the employer of choice. She believes that hospitality is more than a service, it’s a way of life, and that employee engagement is the foundation of exceptional guest service.
