Speakers NS is offering a special membership fee for the 1st year of our operations.
From now until our 1st birthday - October 4, 2025 - all members will pay only $30 to join. Also, if you join before our birthday, you will permanently have "Founding Member" on your member profile as our way of acknowledging you supported this organization from the start!
NEW!!
We are now offering a 20% group discount for teams of 3 or more speakers who are staff/members of the same company or organization. Please email us at speakersnovascotia@gmail.com to arrange a group invoice.
Also, we are extending membership to speakers who reside in Prince Edward Island. Please complete the application form (see the yellow button at the bottom of this page).
Scroll to the bottom of this page, click the "join" button and fill in the form that opens.
An SNS volunteer will be in touch with you via email within a few days to arrange for your membership payment, begin building your registry profile, and invite you to the members-only social media groups.
We host a member registry on this website so members can publish their information and be found by people seeking speakers for their events. We are also working on a package of discounts and other perks offered to our members by local businesses (see below for our Perks so far). We offer a members-only Coffee Talk networking event 2 or 3 times a year (depending on interest), and 2 members-only social media groups. Additionally, we are working on creating written resources & info sheets for speakers to use. As this association grows so will our list of benefits. Please see our Events page for information on upcoming and past events. You can also download our Speakers NS 1-sheet to share with friends & colleagues.
If you have suggestions of member benefits you would like to see us offer, please email us at speakersnovascotia@gmail.com.
