Carol Myers is a dynamic leadership coach, trainer, and speaker who brings over 30 years of entrepreneurial and corporate experience to every stage and room she steps into. As the founder of Empowering the Potential Within Coaching and Cape Breton–Unama’ki’s only Maxwell Leadership Executive Program Certified, she is known for her engaging, practical, and customized approach to leadership development.

Carol specializes in communication, DISC personality assessments, and values-driven leadership. She doesn’t believe in “one-size-fits-all” solutions, her sessions are uniquely tailored to each audience, ensuring they walk away with strategies that are not just inspiring but immediately actionable.

Her work has supported professionals and organizations across industries, entrepreneurs, corporate leaders, and teams, helping them improve communication, strengthen collaboration, and unlock their potential. She is also an advocate for other businesses by being a member of the Sydney & Area Chamber of Commerce. She is a Director on the Board of Directors for the Chamber of Commerce and 1st Vice President with the Sydney Kiwanis Chapter. Last year she was named Kiwanian of the year due to her dedication to youth locally and globally.
