Dr. Denise Daley is a passionate scientist, wellness strategist, and sought-after speaker with more than 15 years of research experience and a decade in academia and community health. A graduate of The University of the West Indies, Mona (Biochemistry) and The University of Manitoba (Human Nutritional Sciences), she specializes in diabetes, hypertension, and medicinal plant research. Denise blends rigorous science with accessible wellness strategies, teaching at universities, workplaces, and community forums about the power of food, nature, and evidence-based self-care.
She is the Founder & CEO of Nasore Personalized Wellness Ltd., a Halifax-based company delivering bespoke wellness consulting, product innovation, and education across individuals, workplaces, and communities.
