Dawn is based in the Annapolis Valley, Nova Scotia, and brings more than 20 years of experience in administration, customer service, nonprofit support, and relationship building. She holds a degree in Community Studies, with majors in Business and Political Science.

Her experience includes nonprofit administration, customer service, fundraising and capital campaign support, program development, donor research and engagement, and organizational planning. Dawn has contributed to an $8 million capital campaign and is skilled at creating efficient processes, supporting organizational needs, and building strong relationships with donors, clients, stakeholders, and community partners.

With a professional and people-focused approach, Dawn helps organizations strengthen their administration, programs, fundraising efforts, customer service, and community connections.
