Ryan is a Canadian best-selling author, professional speaker, educator, and consultant whose work explores the intersection of personal growth, well-being, education, leadership, and sustainable performance. Ryan has worked in both the wellness and education space for over 15 years and has delivered over 250 engagements for 75 events around the globe.

As the author of How to Thrive in Remote Working Environments and Listen: How to Be You in a World Where You Can Be Anything, Ryan brings together evidence-informed strategies, practical frameworks, storytelling, and lived experience to help individuals and organizations rethink how they live and work.

Ryan was also one of the 130 international experts from across 38 countries who led the recent development of the Global Position Statement on Active Outdoor Play. He has also endorsed publications from Forbes Books alongside NYT Best-Selling authors like Marshall Goldsmith, and has been published in Prestigious Journals such as the International Journal of Behavioral Nutrition and Physical Activity and The Journal of Sport and Health Science.
