Rania Ghaly is an accomplished educator, speaker, and Executive Director of Apex Language and Career College (ALCC) in Halifax, Nova Scotia. With over 20 years in education—from K-12 to post-secondary—she brings a wealth of insight into language learning, intercultural communication, and inclusive education.
The daughter of Egyptian immigrants, Rania grew up in Halifax with a deep understanding of Canada’s multicultural fabric. Her personal and professional journeys give her a unique lens on the newcomer experience, cultural identity, and the power of education to shape opportunity.
