With a background in leading complex digital transformations including CRM and SAP S/4HANA initiatives, she works at the intersection of systems thinking, behavioral change, and leadership courage. In her organizational change workshops, she integrates NLP, Synchro-method facilitation, and the Multi-Level Perspective (MLP) to help participants see beyond traditional, linear change frameworks. By exploring how landscape forces, regime structures, and niche innovations interact, teams begin to recognize why “old-school” change models often stall—and how to design transformation that aligns with real systemic dynamics. 

Equally passionate about shaping the future before it enters the workplace, Monie founded a junior public speaking initiative dedicated to building confident, thoughtful, and values-driven young leaders.
