She is passionate about the healing journey and continuous growth. She believes that following, flowing and being in alignment with our heart space always leads us exactly where we need to be. She aspires to offer a place where women turn to when they need a safe place to land and an escape from their inner and outer chaos.

Jeannine guides YOU to explore intentional stillness and find YOUR Calm Point through various modalities while supporting your healing journey. She offers various tools and modalities to build self-trust and prioritize you. As you recognize triggers and gain mental and emotional strength through the connection and awareness of your body ~ life starts to shift.

Meeting you where you are, you gain clarity and build confidence, as you align with your soul’s purpose. Having a safe space to be held, you rediscover your intuitive insights, step out of your comfort zone and change your vibrational state, your frequency so that you can stand in your power as your foster positive change and invite more!

Jeannine wears many hats and offers many facets when it comes to her business, anywhere from leading workshops, retreats and providing energy work to working with various healing modalities and collaborations. Working both on a one-on-one basis with individuals as well as with group offerings. Through it all, we embark on a journey together.

She facilitates and leads sacred drumming journeys, family constellations, cacao ceremonies, sound baths, breath work, ecstatic dance, retreats, workshops, and transformational conscious life coaching as well as individual sessions such as reiki, access bars, and whole body focusing.

As a speaker and an author, Jeannine invites her audience to embark on a journey of self-discovery. I am a published co-author of the book Superwoman Myths – Break the Rules of Silence and Speak UP Your Truth and in 2023, she was honoured to be a top 5 finalist for the Halifax Chamber of Commerce New Business of the Year Award. Native from the Acadian French shores of Eastern Nova Scotia, she's stepped into a more rural city vibe and now resides in Bedford, NS.
