Andrea is a dedicated nonprofit leader and fundraising consultant with over 20 years of experience working with diverse organizations across Nova Scotia. She currently serves as the Executive Director of the Nova Scotia Talent Trust and is the founder of RAISE Resources & Solutions, where she provides strategic support to help nonprofits thrive.

Andrea has worked with a wide range of causes, including arts & culture, education, inclusion, poverty, and homelessness. Her areas of expertise include nonprofit organizational growth, fund development, strategic planning, leadership & management, and human resources. Passionate about helping organizations achieve their goals, Andrea delivers engaging presentations that inspire and equip teams to maximize their impact in the community.
