The official name of this organization is The Public Speakers Society of Nova Scotia. We were officially incorporated as a provincial non-profit on October 4th 2024.

The Board meets 4 times per year (1 of which is the AGM) and works in an advisory capacity. Our AGM is in February.

Mission Statement:
Speakers Nova Scotia is a non-profit association for people who do some form of public speaking who live or work in Nova Scotia. Membership is also open to our neighbours who live in Prince Edward Island. Speakers NS is open to all people in Nova Scotia & PEI who do this type of work & who agree to our Code of Conduct, regardless of how much they make or the size of their audience.
