Linda Munden
Linda Munden is a leadership and organizational development consultant and keynote speaker, and Principal Consultant at Linda Munden Consulting, based in Nova Scotia. With 20 years of leadership experience, she speaks on workplace fear, burnout, and the structural conditions that make-or-break strong people, strong teams, and strong results, drawing on lived experience and a career spent inside complex organizations.
Linda has been chewed up and spit out by the corporate world more than once, and has landed on her feet every time, all while raising two children and showing up as a supportive wife and mother at home. She draws on her own story of burnout and memory loss to make hard truths land, delivered with the kind of humour that makes them easier to sit with. She believes facilitated discussion, collaboration, and partnership resolution, whether with internal or external stakeholders, is what brings corporate system errors to the surface, where they can be addressed. That belief runs through her career: nearly a decade directing strategic partnerships, quality assurance, and workforce development at Efficiency Nova Scotia/EfficiencyOne, where she grew a partner network by 300% and led high-stakes engagement across the province. She has since built the Structural Exposure Heat Map, a diagnostic tool that helps leaders identify where fear is quietly undermining performance in their own organizations.
Linda holds an Executive MBA in Global Leadership from the University of Fredericton and a diploma in Tourism and Hospitality Management from Nova Scotia Community College. She is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt and has completed Agile Project Management training. She has coached speakers preparing for TEDx and brings a candid, story-driven, and often funny delivery style to audiences across the energy, public sector, and professional services communities.
